June, September and all long weekends and major Holiday Periods
(New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break etc)

All other dates
2 weeks (14 days) advanced notice required
This means that you will lose your deposit (50% of the total rental amount) if you cancel after these dates.
If I am able to rebook the cabin for your cancelled period, I will return the deposit--minus a $30 fee.
All cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
